Spectrum is moving to a continuous publication schedule

Starting in 2023 (Issue 10), Spectrum will move to a continuous publication schedule. There will be still be two issues each year -- the first issue will be "open" from Jan 1-June 30, and the second issue will be "open" from July 1-December 31. Authors may submit at any time, and accepted submissions will publish into the current open issue as soon as production is complete, rather than waiting until all submissions for a given issue are ready to publish. 

This is intended to streamline our editorial workflow and reduce delays in publication. This also means that new content will be published more frequently throughout the year - so check back often for newly published submissions!
